Engineer · Founder of Regime and Mindologue

A woman's body changes every week. Medicine was built for one that doesn't.

Diana Renard is an engineer and a student of the mind. She builds technology for the body and mind women actually have: Regime for health, Mindologue for emotion.

The body medicine measured last

Trained as a programmer in Siberia and rebuilt through drawing when her life came apart, Diana Renard is building health technology that starts from the female body.

In January 2013, regulators told doctors to halve the dose of a common sleeping pill, for women only. It had been on the market for twenty years. That August, Renard began studying computer programming in Krasnoyarsk.

Convictions

Three ideas behind everything she builds.

01

A plan should know which week it is.

Energy, hunger, sleep, focus and recovery move with a woman's hormones all month long. A plan that ignores that will fail her one week in four.

Women eat about 170 more calories a day before their period, on average (Nutrition Reviews, 2025). Among 32,748 Dutch women, period symptoms cost productivity equal to almost nine working days a year (BMJ Open, 2019).
02

Women pay for proof, not tracking.

Tracking is free on every phone. What women want is an explanation of their own pattern, and a record a doctor can't wave away.

Regime's analysis of about 14,000 posts in roughly 80 women's health communities, October 2026.
03

Trust is something you can check.

Sources listed on every guide. Data never sold. Everything exportable, everything deletable. Artificial intelligence never invents a number.

The work

One for the body. One for the mind.

Two companies built on the same conviction: the tools we use to understand ourselves were designed around the wrong default.

Regime · now welcoming founding members

Health technology that starts from the female body.

Regime reads a woman's cycle, food, sleep and blood tests, and turns them into a plan for the day she is actually having.

Full bio

Diana Renard is the founder of Regime and Mindologue. Trained in computer programming at Siberian State Aerospace University, she also studied psychology and art therapy. During a personal crisis, drawing became her way to understand her own emotions, and that practice became her workbook, Unfolding Your True Self, and Mindologue, an app that helps people reflect on what their drawings may express. Her second company, Regime, applies the same thinking to the body: a health plan that adapts to a woman's hormones and life stage every day. She lives in Miami Beach.
